The Marie apartments have 1 (loft) to 6 rooms and nearly every apartment is fitted with a loggia, (roof) terrace or balcony and is accessible by lift. Most of the ground floor apartments also have a private garden. A quota of apartments designated for families are price-restricted.
Buildings from the industrial expansion period of the 19th century and boulevards in the Wilhelmine style, romantic inner courtyards and historic architecture abound.
On a stroll through Nordend, you will find it difficult to stop gazing around you, for there is something new on every corner.
