Creative, clear and stylish: the architectural design of Luisenpark Berlin Mitte was created by Berlin firms Grüntuch Ernst and Axthelm Rolvien.

Axthelm Rolvien is responsible for the architecture of the buildings on Stallschreiberstrasse. Their standards for a complex such as Luisenpark Berlin Mitte were very high in terms of layout, materials and value. The resulting concept was implemented by the architect team with consistent straight lines.

This determines the architectural language and is derived from the function of the building. The sophisticated and creative nature of the building can be seen immediately with its staggered balconies and facade protrusions.

For the buildings on the park side, Grüntuch Ernst combine traditional values with forward-looking innovations in their designs. They are always exploring new possibilities – functional, technical or artistic. As a result, their buildings always have a distinct personality of their own. Individual structures are clearly defined, structuring the entire complex while giving it a certain lightness.
