Living where Frankfurt is the greenest: The Günthersburghöfe are built in the middle of Frankfurt's Nordend, in close proximity to the city centre and surrounded by Günthersburgpark and Wasserpark
You can find out more about the new district "Günthersburghöfe" here:
In the middle of Frankfurt, the Günthersburghöfe open up a new piece of city – a green oasis as an interface to Günthersburgpark and the water park. A quarter where young and old, singles and families find their new home and a new urban community. No wonder, because the Günthersburghöfe were planned together with the citizens of Frankfurt, who have brought their wishes for the green, diverse and social quarter in Frankfurt's Nordend.
The surroundings at a glance
The Günthersburghöfe are a unique project that combines big city and nature. The district is characterized by an old tree population, which despite complex construction activities remains to a large extent. For this purpose, further trees are planted, so that the Günthersburghöfe even expand the Frankfurt green areas by more than 50,000 sqm for the general public. And it gets even greener: planted facades serve the houses as natural air conditioning, green roofs provide space for biodiversity and photovoltaic systems provide the district with sustainable energy.
