Since 1991 we have been working as a project developer of residential real estate in Germany. We plan large new housing developments with rental and condominiums and renovate listed buildings throughout Germany.
Our longtime experience makes us a reliable partner for the public sector, for private home buyers and for long-term oriented institutional housing investors, such as public and private pension funds. The knowledge of building law is just as much a part of our expertise as the implementation of sophisticated development projects.
As a partner to cities and municipalities, the integration of social aspects into our planning has a very high priority. As part of our project developments, there are more than 1,700 social housing units under construction or in planning in Germany (status December 31, 2019). In addition, we are developing neighborhoods with new day-care centers and contributing towards the costs of new school buildings.
With our planners, architects and consultants, we design and market residential projects while always keeping the wishes of our customers in mind. Around 391 employees work for Instone nationwide at nine locations. (As of June 30, 2020)
