Hamburg, 9 May 2018: Instone Real Estate Group, one of Germany’s leading housing developers, is actively seeking the next generation of talented professionals. With this aim in mind, Instone took part yesterday evening in an exclusive recruitment dinner in Hamburg for the construction and real estate industries. Apart from Instone, five other renowned German real estate and construction companies and 36 budding professionals from the fields of civil engineering, architecture and real estate management were invited to attend the exclusive event.
Albrecht Sonnenschein, manager of the Hamburg branch, took part on behalf of Instone at the event organised by the “engaging talents” recruitment consultancy. “I am extremely thankful to have had the opportunity to get to know a select group of young talents in such an intimate setting,” Sonnenschein said, describing his impressions of the dinner. “We had some extremely interesting conversations that wouldn’t normally come up at a typical interview. I would be delighted to welcome some of the attendees as new colleagues in the near future,” Sonnenschein added.
In 2017, Instone Real Estate hired 52 new employees throughout Germany, of whom 31 were below the age of 30. “Our company is experiencing a period of dynamic growth,” said Kruno Crepulja, CEO of Instone Real Estate Group. “We therefore need highly qualified and motivated employees, who we would like to support through systematic training measures.”
