Essen/Stuttgart, 6 July 2018: Instone Real Estate is continuing to increase its activity in Baden-Württemberg, prompting it to move into new offices in the heart of Stuttgart, spread out over 900 square metres. The Stuttgart branch is thereby expanding upon the space it had at its previous location.
Harald Meerße, COO of Instone Real Estate, says: “The last three years that we spent in our previous offices in Stuttgart’s Königsbau building have been shaped by growth and therefore by an increasing number of staff members as well, who we need to successfully implement all of our new projects. As planned and expected, it was now time to make a decision in favour of a new long-term location that would facilitate our other plans for growth and the future.”
Bianca Reinhardt Weith, head of Instone’s Baden-Württemberg branch, adds: “A total of 25 employees have now moved into the new premises, which stand out not just due to their central location in the city, but also on account of their contemporary office design and furnishings. But another crucial factor in favour of this location was that we would now have enough space for new employees, who will be an excellent addition to our team.”
The listed residential developer is currently realising about 1,300 residential units in Baden-Württemberg that are at different project stages. Just a few days ago, the company reported on the purchase of a site in Rottenburg, where a quarter with potential for more than 360 residential units will be constructed in the years to come. Moreover, projects in Herrenberg and Schorndorf, on the Pragsattel in Stuttgart, and in Freiburg, Ulm and Mannheim are currently either under way or under construction.
Instone has a presence at a total of eight offices in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Berlin, Hamburg, North-Rhine Westphalia, the Rhine-Main region and Saxony with its platform, which it has established throughout Germany.
