You will find our project developments in the most important German conurbations Berlin, Bonn, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Halle, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Stuttgart and Nuremberg, in prospering medium-sized cities, as well as in the direct surrounding area. We attach great importance to the optimal embedding, if it is a newly developing urban quarter or a project development in a catchment area. In addition to good connections, a sufficient social infrastructure is also a key element of our projects. In terms of district development, we can do it ourselves: around 1,400 daycare places are currently being created as part of Instone projects.
Over the past few years, we have built up the long-term trust of our business partners and customers. Good relationships, an extensive network and our longtime experience in the implementation of real estate projects help us to realize complex project planning both efficiently and purposefully.
This creates ideal conditions for attractive investment opportunities. Whether for owner-occupiers, private or institutional investors - in our holistically conceived real estate concepts, the focus is on the creation of lasting values for generations and the creation of sustainable earnings.
„Whether owner-occupier, private or institutional investor, in our holistically conceived real estate concepts, you can be sure that they create lasting value“
In our project planning, we think not only of contemporary living space, but also of a healthy mix of uses in the district and of future developments. High quality construction and modern utilization concepts create the basis for lasting housing value. A great deal of flexibility in architecture and floor plan design provides additional security over the entire life cycle of the property.
Each year, the Instone employees develop and hand over the housing units adapted to the customer's needs and completed - to owner-occupiers as well as private and institutional investors.
